This position will be fully responsible for the training of non-technical skills for the backend and frontline teams, including the development and execution of training plans to ensure the quick integration of new employees into the team, enhance team cohesion, and brand identity. Additionally, you will be responsible for various aspects of training operations, including managing internal training activities, budget and resource management, training evaluation, record-keeping, and reporting. Through close collaboration with various departments, you will continuously enhance the team's capabilities to ensure the smooth achievement of training objectives.

Non-Technical Training Management:

  • Develop and execute non-technical training plans to facilitate smooth employee integration, strengthen brand identity, and team cohesion.
  • Design, develop, and update non-technical training courses and materials to meet the development needs of team members.

Training Operations Support:

  • Manage and coordinate internal training activities, including arranging and executing online and offline courses.
  • Responsible for training budget and resource management, ensuring the effective operation of projects and cost control.
  • Coordinate training instructor resources, schedule training sessions, and follow up on training effectiveness evaluation and feedback.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.

Training Records and Reporting:

  • Manage training records and archives to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Regularly generate training reports and analyses, reporting training effectiveness and improvement suggestions to management.
  • Organize regular assessments for position personnel, collaborating with business teams to continuously improve team capabilities.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with various departments to understand business needs and develop relevant training programs and support measures.
  • Provide training consultation and support, resolving issues and challenges in training to ensure the achievement of training objectives.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training operations management, with preference given to those with experience in building training operations systems from scratch (0-1) and team integration, as well as brand development.
  • Familiarity with training course design and development processes, possessing excellent project management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, able to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels and departments.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing changing business needs and challenges.
