Job Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will play a critical role in supporting our sales team to meet their KPIs which include leads contacted, lead conversion rate and velocity, opportunity conversion rate and velocity, revenue generated, and burn rate tracking. The successful candidate will be an expert in Salesforce with proficiency in both Sales and Service Clouds, tasked with managing our CRM to maintain high data quality, custom automation, integration with other systems, and providing actionable insights through regular reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of Salesforce CRM including user management, data grooming, deduplication, and assignment of leads to sales agents.
  • Develop and refine custom automation processes within Salesforce, aligning with sales KPIs and ensuring seamless lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity across the CRM, implementing best practices in data management and governance.
  • Conduct bi-monthly reporting for management, providing insights into lead generation, pipeline analysis, sales agent efficiency, and revenue forecasting.
  • Facilitate Salesforce training sessions for the sales team, ensuring they can fully leverage the CRM in the sales process.
  • Recommend and integrate tools or plugins to enhance sales efficiency and performance within Salesforce.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates, evaluating their potential impact and utility for the organization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their CRM needs and tailor the Salesforce environment accordingly.
  • Participate in strategic planning and operations meetings as the Salesforce subject matter expert.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the Salesforce CRM in alignment with evolving business requirements.

Working Conditions:

  • The role will require flexibility to adapt to peak sales periods, particularly in Q2, Q3, and Q4.
  • This is a collaborative, team-oriented position within a matrix organization that requires cross-functional interaction and decision-making.

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with in-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM best practices and functionality.
  • Ability to manage Salesforce customizations and integrations with other platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in generating and interpreting sales reports.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with sales agents and management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Not required but preferred: Salesforce certifications or equivalent demonstrated proficiency.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, able to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ambition to grow into a product manager role with expanded responsibilities.
