Job Overview

As a Home Energy Consultant, you will be a dual force in our sales team, adept at managing our CRM to optimize sales processes while also engaging directly with customers to promote and sell our clean energy solutions. Your role is critical in ensuring the high-quality management of our Salesforce system and driving the growth of our customer base through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

  • Oversee the administration of Salesforce CRM, including user management, data integrity, custom automation, and routine tasks crucial for maintaining a streamlined sales process.
  • Manually assign leads and manage a clean, well-organized database to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the sales team.
  • Create customized views and reports within Salesforce to facilitate efficient tracking and management of sales activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the sales team, collating feedback on system performance, tracking bugs, and coordinating with technical teams to implement necessary changes or enhancements.
  • Ensure ongoing optimization of the CRM to support sales operations, incorporating team feedback to continually refine processes and system functionality.

Direct Sales Engagement:

  • Identify potential customers and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Educate and advise customers on the benefits and savings of GM Energy solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted consultant in clean energy.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Operational Excellence:

  • Facilitate training sessions for the sales team to maximize their use of the CRM in alignment with sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and industry trends to continuously improve our tools and processes.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing insights from both CRM data and customer interactions to shape business strategies.

Working Conditions:

  • The role will require flexibility to adapt to peak sales periods, particularly in Q2, Q3, and Q4.
  • This is a collaborative, team-oriented position within a matrix organization that requires cross-functional interaction and decision-making.

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and a background in direct sales, preferably in the energy, solar power, or utilities sectors.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and sales processes, with the ability to leverage both to drive business success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively negotiating and building rapport with clients.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications and a passion for sustainability and clean energy solutions.

Important: This is a night-shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM Manila Time), Hybrid Set-Up
