Work Arrangement ​​

This Role is onsite (Time Split Between Moraine and Brookville Sites)

The Role

This role collaborates with Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Execution Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Global Supply Chain, and other key organizations in planning successful build events along with owning and coordinating the launch wall. As the program continues this position will help to facilitate and document training processes to improve launch activities. Creating common training requirements across all departments and developing curriculum that will be used to develop team members into the future at the site. Work involves high degree of accuracy and ability to make decisions within the limits of general policies and procedures.   Assignments are of a difficult nature involving a considerable amount of creativity and initiative while working under the general direction of a Plant Launch Operations Manager. This role is funded by our launch SUPP and will support the launch of DK68.

What You’ll Do

Acts as single point control for program timing/ planning and Training

  • The “go to” voice for all build milestones as the planner.
  • Assist in budget creation for plant resources
  • Develop Training Common Template and work with leads on requirements.
  • Develop Training Coarse content with Equipment Manufacture and Leads
  • Responsible for update of MS Project & Master Dot process for launch wall
  • Support Section Owners in the wall update process 
  • Coordinate updates on a weekly basis, based on Functional Owner input 
  • Post the updated file for Launch Team Review 
  • Presents Virtual Wall and Supporting documentation during wall review. 
  • Distributes Launch Wall meeting notices and agenda. 
  • Develops, analyzes, and presents project information. 
  • Integrates within organization as well as outside of organization to follow up on key milestone events.
  • Assist in planning other various events pertaining to launch- Construction, operations, equipment install, etc.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) ​​

  • Strong planning skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with and communicate at all organizational levels (MS Excel/MS Powerpoint)
  • Articulate spokesperson with strong presentation skills and superb written communication skills
  • Strong Time Management Skills

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

  • College degree in business project management or engineering
  • Prior Project Management experience (MS Project)
  • Prior Training Coordinator experience
