GM Philippines, Inc. streamlines back-office processes to improve service quality, reduce complexity and achieve cost efficiencies.
The current center activities are focused on Accounting & Finance and Human Resources functions and an eSAP Center of Excellence for GMI’s operations. We expect further growth by supporting additional GM global functions.
GM is engaged in a partnership with The Covenant Car Company, Inc. (TCCCI), appointed by GM Southeast Asia as an independent and exclusive importer and distributor of Chevrolet automobiles and parts in the Philippines.
Additionally, GM currently operates customer service centers for Global Connected Customer Experience in collaboration with various business partners.
