  • Work with broader business teams to collect and modify all needs and translate into EPICs/features/user stories which align with overall digital strategy – mobile APP in particular.

  • Create product strategies with all core GMPI business, design and tech stakeholders.

  • Get buy-in for product strategies both internally and with key external partners.

  • Translate product strategies into requirements and roadmaps, manage ongoing changes and cross-team coordination.

  • Design integration and interaction with other online platforms, including other social platforms, e-commerce platform, etc. and work with technical teams and other relevant teams for implementation and improvement

  • Work with relevant teams on entire design and construction on UI/UE/CX to achieve world class digital experience in the designed channel.

  • Define priorities and help communicate them to key stakeholders.

  • Assist other teams through product development to meet objectives.

  • Drive product launches, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Leverages market research & continuous exploration to continually understand customer & market needs.

  • Track performance (e.g. analytics) and suggest improvements to customer experience and product strategy.

Additional Description

  • 3 - 5+ years’ experience in digital product management, experience owning mobile APP product preferred.

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

  • Extensive knowledge of the current digital landscape in China.

  • Knowledge of automotive customer facing channels and customer experience trends.

  • Knowledge of DTC customer management focusing on online channels.

  • Knowledge of digital product lifecycle management.

  • Experience with prioritizing and multitasking.

  • Familiar with Agile methodologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.

  • Excellent strategic agility – ability to recognize & capitalize on opportunities, identify and avoid threats, and pivot when needed.

  • Comfortable with communicating to senior executives.

  • Fluent or conversational in English and Mandarin.

  • CET 6 or above English capability, TOEFL or IELTS would be preferred.

  • Bachelor degree holder or equivalent, majoring in Strategy/Management/Digital Communication or relevant field.

  • Past experience building B2C products for fortune 500 companies

  • Experience with the auto industry.

  • Experience in design, development or digital marketing.
