At BrightDrop, we are reshaping e-commerce by developing smarter, greener, and more efficient ways to deliver goods and services to your door, while delivering a brighter future for the cities where we live. We are building an ecosystem of all-electric, zero-emissions delivery solutions – from electric vehicles, to ePallets and software that leverages real-time data to drive intelligent optimizations for e-commerce. To deliver on our mission we are growing fast and building a team, based in Palo Alto, with offices in Atlanta and Detroit, that is customer-focused, agile and passionate about innovating for a more sustainable future.
From engineering to product management and operations, BrightDrop is looking for people who can combine a passion for technology and sustainability with high doses of curiosity and rigorous thinking to deliver a better future.
Backed by General Motors, BrightDrop is striving to improve the communities where we live and deliver a better future for generations to come. We hope you’ll join us.
The exponential growth of e-commerce coupled with increasing end-customer demand for rapid delivery and an evolving regulatory environment present both an opportunity and challenge for logistics and other commercial companies, who currently don’t have optimal solutions that meet their needs. With this in mind, GM has established a new BrightDrop business unit that provides an innovative approach to enable the efficient, multimodal movement of goods through an integrated product suite that leverages connected and electrified commercial vans, first to last mile delivery solutions and real-time fleet and asset management services.
In order to meet business objectives, the BrightDrop’s Customer Success team is looking for a Solution Implementation Analyst, e-commerce, to develop and execute all demonstration and rollout activities towards the achievement of profitability and growth for the entire BrightDrop portfolio.
In 2023, we will be focusing on the grocery industry. We are looking for candidates who have experience in the grocery industry at the Corp. level, e-commerce business operations, KPI's and efficiency roles as it relates to in-store operations.
