Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of deploying customer engagement projects including identifying and defining scope, objectives, resources, and executing against the project plan for one or more projects

Organizing and leading project meetings and ensuring action items are documented and followed up on until completion

Responsible for creating and maintaining customer relationships with key stakeholders

Responsible for escalating risks and issues to leadership & ensuring follow through on resolution

Drive internal and external teams to deliver their commitments against agreed upon timelines

Identify and lead project lessons learned and identifying process improvements that enable BrightDrop to provide an exceptional customer experience

Manage the identification, documentation, and traceability of business requirements

Manage customer product feedback and ensure relevant BrightDrop stakeholders are informed

Developing tracking scorecards and metrics to illustrate status including progress & risks
-
Manage internal and third-party resources needed for project execution, including anticipating needs and ensuring they are met

Lead weekly project status updates with customers

Monitor project progress and consolidate status reports, prepare presentations for various levels of leadership

Manage the identification, documentation, and traceability of business requirements

Provide guidance and support during execution of customer change management activities

Liaise between internal teams to ensure alignment of customer goals

Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across stakeholders including leadership, products owners, developers and other functional teams
Additional Description
Skills Required:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
-
Project Manager PMI/PMP certification or equivalent
-
Minimum of 7+ years’ experience as a customer facing Project Manager leading projects in Information Technology deployment
-
Demonstrated strong organization and planning skills
-
Experience in logistics, e-commerce grocery, retail, or campus operations preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, evolving industry and comfortable with ambiguity

Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving, specifically on technology deployment projects, resource and staffing management
-
Effective influencing and negotiation skills in an environment where resources may not be in direct control of this role

Compensation :
- The expected base compensation for this role is:.($90,223-144,123 )Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
