Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Roswell, GA, Austin, TX or Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum.

We are seeking a driven and talented  Salesforce Software Engineer  to join our team. This role provides an opportunity to develop and support cutting-edge Salesforce solutions while contributing to our  Lead-to-Cash  processes and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment. This role requires a focus on quality, performance, and innovation, with opportunities to grow technical and professional skills.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and test Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Visualforce pages, and process automations.
  • Develop automated test scripts and refine code for performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define user and system specifications and translate these into effective technical solutions.
  • Apply foundational practices such as the software development lifecycle (SDLC), test-driven development (TDD), and version control.
  • Leverage critical thinking and debugging skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in architectural and design reviews to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with peers, mentors, and managers to enhance team contributions.
  • Identify opportunities to drive improvements in productivity and efficiency.
  • •Suggest novel solutions to complex problems and proactively contribute to team and project goals.

Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a closely related field. 
  • 2+ years of relevant full-time experience, or equivalent knowledge combined with 4+ years of full-time experience. 
  • In-depth expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWCs, Visualforce, SOQL). 
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables effectively. 
  • Strong engineering practices in a specific domain with demonstrated proficiency in software development, testing, and debugging. 
  • Self-driven with a proven ability to learn and grow with mentoring and guidance. 
  • ​In-depth expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWCs, Visualforce, SOQL). 
  • Working knowledge of additional programming languages and software design principles. 
  • ​Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft). 

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)​  

  • A Master’s degree in the same disciplines with substantial internship experience. 
  • Working knowledge of additional programming languages and software design principles. 
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft). 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to suggest novel solutions to complex problems. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within and outside the team. 

This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
