Hybrid - This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Oshawa Elevation Centre or the Markham Elevation Centre three times per week, at minimum.

The Cadillac Retail Experience Assistant Manager is part of Cadillac’s Sales and Marketing Operations Team and will play a key role in supporting critical dealer and customer experience programs that drive performance and elevate the Cadillac brand and retail experience.

Cadillac Retail Facility Program: This position will support reporting, program guidelines, and deliverables related to the execution of the Retail Facility Program in Canada.

Cadillac Dealer Rewards Program: This position, working in conjunction with the Retail Experience Manager, leads the day-to-day operations of the Cadillac Dealer Rewards Program; a program focused on rewarding Dealers for adherence to program guidelines and attainment of specific objectives (i.e. sales, brand, etc.) with the goal of enhancing the luxury customer experience.

Dealer Training: This position will support the operations of the Product and Experience Training Curriculum across Canada.

Communications: Assist in the creation, posting and dissemination of written communications for dealers and field staff.

Meetings Support: Support the invites and operations of dealer meetings (Virtual and in person).

Certified Pre-Owned: Support the day-to-day execution, reporting and questions for our Cadillac Certified Pre-own program.

Reporting: Support Cadillac sales organization with the creation of various sales and sales related reports on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis.

In addition to report creation, this role would be expected to analyze the reports and provide meaningful insights.

Post Secondary Education Required (Marketing or Business Preferred)

Strong Project Management Skills – can manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time

Strong Communication Skills – able to clearly present information through the spoken word to persuade others, listens well, able to clearly present ideas and document effectively in writing

Strong computer skills (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Power BI a benefit)

Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork

High level of organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple assignments
