·         SupportSupplier Quality Yard Sweeps and develop inspection method and standards

·         CoordinateRepair, Rework and Containment Activities for Identified Spills

·         Participatein High Risk Supplier Phone Calls

·         Provideresponse to all appropriate SAC issues

·         RequestTemp Work Orders from Engineers as required to support Assembly

·         CreatesPDF's and gains approval to PRTS' though the CPIT Process

·         Diamond4 through 7 Problem Solving for All VOC Metrics through RC and ICA

·         PerformSORP Specification Check and Assembly Process Verification activity per Corp procedure 

·         Viewedby other Resources Teams and Suppliers as Problem Solver Support Resource

·         Participatesin ISO Audits

·         Support thePTR Process, documenting Product concerns and providing Pass/Fail feedback

  •    Material/Prod   ControlFacilitate, QE ME and PCC jointly support PTR activity

·         SupportsControlled Shipping Activity

·         CommunicateLessons Learned to SMT's and Validation Teams

·         DevelopAction Plans to meet established DCI Targets for Assigned Components and Systems

·         SupportLaunch activities for all future programs beginning at the first ManufacturingBuild


·         Assureattendance of commodity issues at respective Care, GCA, and Nerve centerQuality Reviews   

·         AttendAppropriate Area Countermeasure Meeting

·        Support DRR/DRL Initiatives

·         AssignedPRTS Issues to be through Root Cause and ICA to Published Targets

·         AttendQuality engineering meetings

·         Supporttimely resolution of supplier and engineering related plant floor issues


·         Ensureeffective management of Salary attendance/Overtime tracking system

·     Driveassigned Warranty Reduction Initiatives
