Position summary

The role of the Plant Lead is to serve as the main plant interface with internal, plant-based stakeholders to provide GBS-Indirect Material Management operational support. They will be introducing the Indirect Material Management 10-week cycle plan and responsible for implementation. Technical work involving a considerable amount of problem solving, creativity, and initiative with a wide latitude for independent action. Ability to travel 80% of the work week for the first two years of the position to manufacturing locations across North America, and interacts with stakeholders to assist in Indirect Material Management deployment readiness and guidance.

  • 2+ years experience in Indirect Materials or Supply Chain Management
  • 2 years SAP experience
