Position summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting and maintaining the cash flow aspects of our Subscriber based Business.
  • Internal resource for consulting on payments issues, including problem identification, solution-finding and technical implementation.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • ACH processing, transaction reviews, and customer account management
  • Support SBT, Revenue Assurance and Chargeback teams.
  • Review and monitor daily Credit Card Declines (CCD), analyze and provide variance explanation.
  • Analyze CCD trends Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
  • Provide weekly reports summarizing trends and develop corrective action plans and remediation opportunities.
  • Analyze quantitative data or complex problems of various types. Develop new methods of analysis, select methods of data presentation, such as charts, diagrams, and graphs.
  • Work involves a high level of independent judgment, decision-making, accuracy, creativity, and initiative. Occasionally instructs or assigns work to others.
  • Cash flow report forecasting.
  • Credit Card fee forecast.
  • Proactive steps, changes to control and improve cash collecting and credit card churn.
  • Providing internal and/or external financial analysis, consultation and decision support.
  • Prepares, analyzes, and selects methods of presenting various data.
  • Writes reports and summaries of findings.
  • Develops and presents data to other members of the organization.
  • Contact with others outside the work group.
  • Manage contracting process for current and future Business partners.
  • Support global expansion.
  • PCI conformance


  • Strong understanding of billing systems, payment processing technologies and payments market landscape.
  • Experience with Payment Processors and Credit Card industry knowledge a must.
  • Experience in telecom industry or other subscription based business is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities where problems are complex. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnerships. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts and procedures. 
  • Highly proficient Personal Computer skills and technology driven. 
  • Ability to prioritize assignments/projects and multi-task within restricted time constraints. 
  • Ability to network and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience in modeling business cases for new business opportunity analysis.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment, be comfortable with ambiguity, and synthesize sometimes incomplete data to make recommendations and decisions.
