Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores

Facilitating mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met

Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities

Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM

Build and manage relationships

Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives

Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing

Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities

Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers

Assist in customer problem resolution

Performs other related duties as assigned

Additional Description

Brand Ambassadors are the Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) / Subject Matter Experts within targeted personas to promote DG brand and lifestyle and generate leads. They are the end-to-end contact for select customer/lifestyle segments. The Key responsibilities including:

Representing TDG Brand Image, Delivering Excellent Customer Experience

• Educate customers about TDG brands and products then collect the Qualify Leads

• Offer DG standard services when facing customers(e.g., store visit, test drive, and handover)

Opportunities Development and Event Execution

• Propose and initiate offline Community Events and implementation of community events, in order to generate qualified leads and referrals

• Event support when there are offline campaign or events (e.g. product launch event, Auto Show etc.). Representing TDG brand and to generate and develop Qualify Leads, referrals, advocators

Support on Leads Generation and Sales Conversion

• Develop customer network and Qualify Leads through events, social media (e.g., TikTok, Weibo, Red),

• Collect and entry customer leads to CRM

• Support regional sales and operation
