Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.

The Product Content and Configuration Analyst (VCPS COE) will be responsible for contenting and managing Heavy Duty and Light Duty Trucks Market offers in VCPS system. This role will also be responsible for transformation/enhancement of the system to enhance efficiency and accuracy and improve customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Load and Content all Current and Future model years GMNA HD and LD Trucks market offer data in VCPS(Vehicle Content and Pricing system) ensuring high accuracy of data and meeting all market offer publishing timelines.
- Attend key business meetings and collaborate cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions and external partners to keep updated on the vehicle content and launch schedules.
- Support Winning with Simplicity initiative with various product contenting requirements in VCPS.
- Utilize your process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills to innovate, deliver solutions, and contribute to global transformation projects that impact the results of the company.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business by facilitating and participating in workshops/stakeholder’s meetings to capture business and IT partner objectives, pain-points, and opportunities, and translating them into world class processes and technology enablers.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data processing techniques and identify opportunities for process improvement and business transformation using these techniques.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Collaborate across workstreams to implement data standards and process improvements leveraging digital solutions.
- Develop user stories to document business requirements, prepare user acceptance test plans, and support technology deployments.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to stakeholders on business processes and tools.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, IT or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in business and process transformation, vehicle data contenting and projects
- Demonstrated experience leveraging Operational Excellence, Lean Management, Design Thinking, or other structured methodologies to implement process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results
- Detail oriented, with strong business acumen, and experience in evaluating financial measurements and project results
- Experience with product content management systems or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work hybrid on night shift

- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience with Agile / Scrum framework
- Working level knowledge of Power BI and KNIME
- Experience in managing end-to-end test cycles
- Experience in developing training manuals and conducting training
- Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques
- Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges
