The successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis. This role requires up to 30% domestic and international travel.

WHY : The purpose of this role is to develop and implement data-driven solutions to support the global Electrical and SDV organization by transforming complex data into actionable insights.

WHAT : Leverage your expertise in data analytics, modeling, ETL processes, and Power BI to design, implement, and manage end-to-end business intelligence solutions that optimize manufacturing processes, drive cost savings, and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

HOW : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Quality, and Electrical departments, to gather relevant data and deliver analytical support. Develop visual data representations to effectively convey insights and provide actionable recommendations.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.

Develop and maintain data and pipelines, ensuring data availability, integrity, and accuracy.

Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to extract insights from complex data sets.

Build and deploy predictive models to support proactive decision-making and process optimization.

Foster a forward-thinking work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges.

Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including software, manufacturing, and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations.

Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- 5+ years of proven experience in data analytics in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- 5+ years of proven experience with end-to-end BI tool development.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Proven experience in applying transformation techniques to move data from its raw form to usable data tables.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Query (M Language), DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Paginated reports.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
- Demonstrates advanced expertise in utilizing data visualization tools, including Power BI. Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture, data modeling, and ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform such as Power App.
- Experience in cloud computing platform such as Databricks.
- Experience in developing and deploying predictive models to optimize manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate analytics solutions into existing IT systems and operational workflows.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful insights and driving business decisions through data-driven approaches.
