The Role:
The Coordinator Global Supply Chain/Billing Clerk executes deliverables in support of the supply chain organization's business objectives by creating production schedules in a manufacturing environment. Guides one of the key areas within the Global Supply Chain to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, people, product and financial initiatives.
The Coordinator Global Supply Chain/Billing Clerk communicates to all levels of the organization within the function, as well as other functions and suppliers. You will also be responsible for supporting relationship management with logistic suppliers and service providers.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Bill and process paperwork utilizing SAP.

Enter data into the returnable container tracking system (CLIPS).

Create production schedules based on customer needs.

Support and field questions from hourly employees pertaining to material quantities.

Communicate with customers regarding trucks, shipments, and scheduling.

Manage problem-solving and issue escalations.
-
Perform inventory counts to support scheduling requirements.

Handle a variety of special assignments as needed.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
-
1+ years of experience supporting business operations, customer service, portfolio planning, and project management within a customer service, supply chain or logistics environment.

Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, analyze, and maintain operating metrics and business cases.
-
Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, cross‑functional partners, and external suppliers/customers.
-
Advanced organization, and prioritization skills; comfortable managing multiple complex assignments simultaneously.
What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

1+ years of relevant work experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Program/Product Management, Logistics or Product Development.

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
-
Experience working within a global supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing organization.

Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
-
Automotive industry experience.
-
Knowledge of Capacity and Materials Management.
-
Capable of drawing conclusions from complex data, market trends and the regulatory environment.
Compensation:
-
The expected base compensation for this role is: $80,700.00 - $109,400.00 USD Annual. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
