What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Provide leadership in early program phases to CIT/Creative design for packaging solutions to meet safety and PCEI requirements.
  • Optimize, coordinate and align TKV selections and VVA deliverables to comprehend program bandwidth, in coordination with Safety PTL / VPIM.
  • Develop safety strategies for architectural development in coordination with VPOs, VPIMs, and PTLs
  • Provide technical leadership to Safety CAE engineers conduction safety simulations for vehicle programs and participate in problem resolution.
  • Establish plans to address non-sync and unplanned work in the context of program bandwidth
  • Develop AUROS and support analytical PRTS issues on the architecture and coordinate with PTL.
  • Maintain responsibility for analytical validation plan for all vehicles in the architecture in collaboration with safety PTL/VPIM/PVE.
  • GMNA Safety CAE single point of contact for Global CAE teams that have shared responsibility for the architecture.
  • Proactive coordination of Safety CAE integration issues across the architecture with other CAE areas and SMTs.
