- Translate financials into clear, accessible stories and visuals that help the team understand where we are, where we’re going, and why.
- Quantify and communicate impact of initiatives—cost savings, efficiency gains, and quality improvements—linking them back to team goals, KPIs, and values.
- Execute and improve internal business processes for the organization including a variety of special assignments.
- Foster a forward-thinking, people-first work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including manufacturing, program management, finance, and purchasing to synergize efforts towards future innovations.

- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills, with experience managing multiple funding streams (operations, capital, project funding).
- Ability to lead through influence by building trust, fostering collaboration across functions, and guiding stakeholders toward shared objectives without direct authority.
- Proven ability to articulate visionary concepts effectively and communicate professionally and concisely to all levels of leadership.
- Start-up mentality - be tenacious, adaptable, and curious. Lead projects through the entire creative lifecycle, from ideation to implementation.
- This role requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
