  • Act as a functional subject matter expert for transformation solutions, including OneStream and Fin360, providing business insight throughout design, build, testing, and go-live.
  • Support the development and delivery of business-focused training, communications, and change management activities to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Champion continuous improvement and process standardization within the assigned function to improve efficiency, transparency, and decision support.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and foster alignment across Finance, IT, and transformation teams to advance Future of Finance objectives.
  • Operate with a high level of independent judgment, initiative, and learning agility while helping shape the future Finance operating model.
