As a Product Cost Finance Analyst on the Transact to Deliver team, you will partner across multiple levels of the organization and a variety of business functions to understand, document, and improve key business processes. In this role, you will work closely with both business and IT stakeholders to identify pain points, define requirements, and help shape global standard processes that support enterprise system implementations and change management efforts. You will also collaborate with transformation teams to drive master data management standards and process improvements through digital solutions, while supporting system requirements, user acceptance testing, technology deployments, and hyper-care activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead key areas of the Global Product Cost solution and TTD transformational roadmap using program management approaches (Planning, Design, UAT, Training, Change Management, Implementation, Customer Experience, and Hypercare)

  • Assess current state processes and develop future state system requirements and processes to drive efficiencies, standardization, and improved customer experience with the objective of best in class

  • Establish a data-driven culture through identification and development of advanced analytics solutions while leveraging AI to enhance results

  • Solution pain points while leveraging a fit-to-standard approach wherever possible

  • Interact and effectively present ideas to leadership

  • Develop and present training materials for a global audience

  • Develop standardized reporting tools and dashboards to enhance customer experience

  • Build relationships and effectively work with Transformation, Information Technology, Business Units, Controllership, and Finance organizations

  • Provide customer support and drive utilization of new toolsets and technology throughout the organization, including business support during go-live and hypercare

  • Lead and/or support special projects including process improvements, scope determination, stakeholder communications, project deliverables, and timeline adherence

  • Drive integration across the transformation teams and ecosystem

  • Support finance and accounting processes including forecast development, bridge analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting to help explain business results, risks, and opportunities

  • Provide support for GPC Analytics, including dashboard maintenance, issue resolution, data validation, user support, and continuous improvement of reporting capabilities

  • Partner and collaborate closely with the CPURAM team to align business priorities, resolve cross-functional issues, support reporting and analytics needs, and drive process improvements across the product cost ecosystem

  • Translate finance and accounting business needs into reporting, analytics, and system requirements that improve decision-making and operational performance

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree with major in accounting, finance, IT, or business administration

  • 5+ years of overall finance or accounting experience

  • Experience and knowledge of SAP/S/4HANA financial system functionality

  • Experience and knowledge of PBI Dashboards and workflows

  • Finance and accounting system implementation experience

  • Experience in forecast preparation, bridge analysis, variance analysis, and management reporting

  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnerships

  • Ability to be a change agent, using influence, education, and persuasion to build relationships and gain support for difficult changes

  • Ability to transform existing processes and design a future state aligned with a newly envisioned operating model

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a matrix organization

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management

  • Demonstrated ability to ask tough questions respectfully and maintain poise when challenged by others, including leadership

  • Ability to look ahead and identify potential risks and issues before they come to fruition and to recommend and plan actions accordingly

  • Highly proficient personal computing skills and technology drive (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

  • Ability to prioritize assignments and projects, multitask within aggressive time constraints, and work with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrated experience supporting analytics and reporting solutions in a finance or accounting environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Costing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Treasury, FP&A, or General Ledger system or process experience

  • Internal controls experience and knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of SAP CO, MM, and PP

  • Experience supporting GPC Analytics or similar finance analytics and PBI dashboard platforms

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product cost, finance, controllership, and business partner teams such as CPURAM

Location

Hybrid. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Global HQ Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum, or other frequency dictated by the business.
