The Total Rewards Strategy and Portfolio Acceleration Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving a unified Total Rewards (TR) strategy across the organization. This leader will be responsible for integrating functional reward strategies into a cohesive enterprise-wide approach, enhancing portfolio management rigor, and establishing a centralized structure for TR program management, communications, and strategic planning. They will be responsible for accelerating TR strategy execution, portfolio delivery, and AI-enabled ways of working across the function.
As the TR strategy planner and portfolio leader, your primary responsibilities include TR long- and short-term strategy and vision development, managing the TR portfolio and ensuring operational excellence, supporting talent and culture needs, leading TR change management, serving as the business lead for TR communications, supporting special projects as needed, and serving as the TR AI Champion. Your duties may involve conducting research, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for TR investment/divestment, scanning the external landscape for potential future partners, managing the TR P&L and budget, and more.
Collaboration with the full TR LT, Global HR LT, and other teams such as other centers of excellence and field HR teams, Finance, Legal, and Communications will be crucial to ensure cohesive and integrated planning efforts. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our strategies, and making data-driven adjustments when necessary, will be part of your responsibilities to achieve optimal results.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as you'll be working closely with key leaders across the company and championing our transformation and change efforts.
This role may also lead a small team to support the key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage/run the TR portfolio, TRLT meetings, and TR all-hands to prioritize and accelerate delivery of the highest-impact TR initiatives.
- Lead TR AI transformation in partnership with other centers of expertise, embedding AI-enabled ways of working into TR processes and decision-making.
- Support the VP TR and TRLT in the organization and running of the function, acting as a central coordination point for strategy, planning, and execution.
- Manage planning processes, including operating and budget reviews, ensuring TR plans are aligned with enterprise priorities and timelines.
- Work closely with the leadership team and extended team and act as the proxy for the VP TR as requested, including in key forums and decision meetings.
- Work closely with other business planners to coordinate initiatives and ensure alignment across HR, Finance, and enterprise portfolios.
- Develop and conduct presentations and materials; work closely with business partners to communicate TR strategies, priorities, and outcomes in a clear, executive-ready way.
- Identify and implement process improvements for functional-level business management, driving consistency, speed, and quality across TR ways of working.
- Actively pick up work “on the fly” – help organize, assign, and act on new pieces of work that may arise, ensuring rapid, coordinated response.
- Help develop OKRs for the upcoming year and ensure progress throughout. Lead the effort outside the room and facilitate the discussion in the room.
- Work in strong partnership and collaboration with the HR team, ensuring TR strategy and execution are tightly integrated with broader people and organization plans.
- Maintain a strong focus on developing the right talent and culture within TR, including supporting capability-building, engagement, and change readiness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, HR strategy, or related areas.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, and program governance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution and accelerate delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management capabilities.
- Strong agility and resourcefulness, with comfort operating in ambiguity and high-change environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in building or leading a PMO within HR or Total Rewards.
- Familiarity with change management and organizational design principles.
- Proficiency in data visualization, succinct storytelling, and strategic reporting tools.
Compensation:
The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws.
The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.
- The salary range for this role is $185,700 - $259,300. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
- Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
