-
Participate in sprint planning and complete assigned stories within sprint or release timelines.
-
Ensure code quality through appropriate sanity testing and effective GitHub practices, including submitting PRs and participating in code reviews.
-

-
Hands‑on experience developing and executing automated and manual test cases, including defect logging and triage.
-
Familiarity with GitHub or similar source control platforms, including pull requests and code review participation.
-
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across functions and with diverse stakeholders.
-
Ability to manage work across multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
-
Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and ownership mindset.

-
Experience with automotive software platforms and diagnostic tools (e.g., Vehicle Spy, INCA).
-
Advanced experience with test automation frameworks (especially Autobot, Robot Framework and Python) and automation of vehicle‑level tests.
-
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and/or lab automation environments.
-
Full vehicle integration or end‑to‑end validation experience across multiple modules or domains.
-
Proven track record of driving process improvements and standardization in test or automation workflows.
