- Coordinate resolution with Customer Care, Technical Support, Installation, Quality, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, suppliers, and service partners.
- Maintain traceability across customer cases, product serial numbers, installation records, failed components, suppliers, costs, and final dispositions.
- Prepare claim evidence and lead supplier reviews, recovery tracking, invoicing, and dispute resolution.

What Can Give You a Competitive Advantage (Preferred Qualifications)
- Strong communication, organization, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Experience with Salesforce, OneCRM, warranty-management or returns material authorization systems, enterprise resource planning or logistics platforms, PRTS, Jira, Power BI, or AI-assisted analysis tools.
