About GM Energy

Are you passionate about being part of a fast-growing business that will transform General Motors and the energy industry?

GM Energy products and solutions include energy infrastructure assets (such as energy storage and integrated charging systems), vehicle-to-grid capabilities, utility program enrollments, and the software platforms needed to operate and aggregate these assets on the grid.

With GM Energy’s residential offerings, EVs can be leveraged to help mitigate power outages for customers. This team envisions a world with no grid outages, fully renewable energy, and decentralized energy resources. GM’s resources, reach, and all-EV future can deliver that future, backed by our vision of zero crashes, zero emissions and zero congestion.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, Web Experience & Conversion, you will own the strategy and implementation of the GM Energy customer web experience (the discover, learn, and consider portion of our web presence leading into purchase). You will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and technology, partnering closely with GM Energy Marketing & business teams, creative agency partners who provide UX and design support, and internal engineering teams while remaining the primary owner of the GM Energy customer web experience as a digital product. You will be accountable for how customers discover, learn about, and shop GM Energy products and services on our site, defining and optimizing customer journeys, leading site merchandising and CX strategy, and continually improving conversion across our funnels.

This role is both highly strategic and hands-on. You will define the roadmap, write PRDs and detailed feature requirements, work with developers through refinement and sprint planning, and lead experimentation and optimization to drive measurable business outcomes.
