Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on NIGHT SHIFT . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office when there are meaningful engagements such as trainings, townhalls and executive visits
The Role
The Dealer Contractual Group (DCG) Business Services Senior Analyst is responsible for collaborating and partnering with stakeholders to process dealer contractual change requests and ensure/support dealer's compliance to the GM Dealer Sales and Service Agreement. The (DCG) Business Services Senior Analyst oversees a portfolio of change requests to update pertinent dealer information. Change requests must be processed timely with adherence to the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement and respective state statutes. The (DCG) Business Services Senior Analyst is the subject matter expert on GM Policy, Processes and Procedures.
What You'll Do
Provide support for the Dealer Contractual Group, that;

Manage contractual changes and documentation for dealerships in accordance with State Franchise laws and Dealer Sales and Service agreement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary documents, inputting information into relevant systems such as the Dealer Contractual Information Change Request (DCICR) system.

Partner with subject matter experts, such as GM Legal and the Market Analysis Team to finalize proposals.

Provide guidance on company policies (such as GM Dealer Contractual Group (DCG) policies and procedures)

Complete Dealer activations and update Dealer information in appropriate GM systems

Prepare contracts, update dealer information systems, process requests, conduct financial analysis, and completing necessary paperwork such as background checks and enrollment forms.

Communicate with internal and external parties, participate in process improvements, maintain accurate records, and provide support to dealers and company personnel throughout the contract execution process. This involves a variety of tasks including drafting correspondence, managing emails and mail, and assisting with general office duties.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

5+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, processing, operations, contract administration, dealer/partner operations or and project management

Experience in the automotive or dealership environment is a plus

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, and experience managing data in enterprise and database systems

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Demonstrated analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills for working across teams and levels

Proven ability to translate operational knowledge into clear, structured business and technical requirements

Ability to guide teams across multiple tasks and deliver results on aggressive timelines
