Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on NIGHT SHIFT 8pm to 5am PH time, with flexibility to adjust shifts when required. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week (or other frequency) as dictated by the business or when there are meaningful engagements such as trainings, townhalls and executive visit
The Role
The Fulfillment Center (FC) Business Services Senior Analyst supports the team in establishing GM’s fulfillment center network for scalable operations. The role involves implementing and validating business and system processes, as well as continuously evaluating redundant efforts to streamline operations.
The Senior Analyst manages all data-related activities, including reporting, data analysis, and ensuring the accuracy of incoming data. Prioritize activities across multiple competing interests and serve as the subject matter expert on GM policies, processes, and procedures.
What You'll Do

Validate Dealer and Customer facing systems, identify root cause and alert teams of required fixes.

Identify trends in data to drive systematic resolution.

Develop standardized desk processes and create program outcome reports of aggregated data in a statistically valid and user-friendly format for stakeholders.

Define processes or workflows to collect data required to meet organizational reporting requirements by working with program leadership.

Create and maintain system and process documentation.

Utilize your process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills to innovate, deliver solutions, and contribute to global initiatives that impact the results of the company

Fixing data problems will require the Analyst to have the storytelling skills to report data analysis findings to recommend/drive business decisions and prioritize information system needs, design and fix code errors

Identify and act upon opportunities to streamline and automate processes.

Data analysis and preparation of reports and dashboards to leadership using Analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, KNIME, etc. to communicate trends, patterns, and predictive analytics
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

5+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, processing, operations, contract administration, dealer/partner operations or and project management

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge in Power BI dashboards, and experience managing data in enterprise and database systems

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Demonstrated analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills for working across teams and levels

Proven ability to translate operational knowledge into clear, structured business and technical requirements

Ability to guide teams across multiple tasks and deliver results on aggressive timelines

Strong organizational skills with a track record of efficiently executing complex projects to high quality

Comfortable operating in a complex, evolving environment and bringing an innovative, continuous-improvement mindset

Self-motivated, able to grasp new concepts quickly and work with minimal supervision
