Role summary

The Senior Change Management Lead will play a critical role in supporting the FOF transformation by leading the people side of change across complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role will develop and execute change strategies that strengthen stakeholder alignment, readiness, adoption, and sustained business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep change management expertise, strong business partnership skills, and the ability to influence leaders, project teams, and impacted employees through periods of significant transformation.

Key responsibilities

Change strategy and planning

  • Lead the development of integrated change management strategies and plans in support of the FOF transformation

  • Conduct impact assessments to identify organizational impacts, risks, dependencies, and opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change activities into overall program plans

Stakeholder engagement and communications

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, functional partners, and project teams to gain buy-in for change initiatives, inform decisions, and surface risks early.

  • Develop tailored engagement and communication plans and materials to effectively convey the purpose, benefits, and impact of changes to various audiences

  • Support leaders in connecting transformation changes to enterprise goals and coordinate communications across workstreams to ensure consistency and clarity.

Readiness, adoption, and sustainment

  • Assess organizational readiness for change, identify gaps and develop strategies to address them

  • Design and execute adoption strategies that drive acceptance and integration of new processes, systems, behaviors, and ways of working

  • Coach leaders, managers, and teams in navigating resistance, leading through ambiguity, and reinforcing change

Training and enablement

  • Identify training needs and partner with business, project, and learning teams to develop training strategies, plans, and materials aligned to change impacts

  • Support coordination and delivery of training activities to improve role clarity, readiness, and adoption across impacted audiences

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback, participation, and readiness indicators

Execution, measurement, and continuous improvement

  • Lead execution of change activities, monitor progress against key milestones and outcomes, and implement mitigation strategies to address barriers to adoption

  • Use data, feedback, and performance indicators to evaluate change effectiveness and refine strategies as needed

  • Contribute to the ongoing maturity of the change management practice by identifying opportunities to improve tools, methods, and team effectiveness

Team contribution and leadership

  • Manage external change management resources supporting the transformation while serving as the GM subject matter expert for change management, ensuring partner work is aligned to GM priorities, ways of working, and business context

  • Lead by example through collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and a commitment to continuous learning

  • Help prioritize work, connect detailed efforts to the bigger picture, and elevate the quality of change deliverables across the transformation portfolio

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness with a demonstrated success leading change efforts for complex, enterprise-level business or technology transformations

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-Step Process (Certification in change management is preferred)

  • Experience conducting impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and adoption planning

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and adapt plans as transformation needs evolve

  • Experience using data and insights to measure adoption and inform change interventions

Location: Hybrid. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the - Global HQ Warren, Mi three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business]
