Description
The Dealer Website Choice team sits within GM’s Digital, Dealer Data Integration and Governance organization and is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, governance, and performance of GM Tier 3 dealer websites across all brands. The team partners closely with Sales Operations, brand teams, our certified website providers, and other key stakeholders to ensure dealers have competitive, on-brand digital experiences that drive vehicle sales, service growth, and customer satisfaction. We serve as the central point of contact for ongoing optimization and performance management, ensuring Tier 3 experiences remain aligned with GM’s broader digital and retail strategy.
Role
The Assistant Product Coordinator, Dealer Website supports the Assistant Product Manager in executing dealer website initiatives across GM brands by coordinating cross-functional work, managing provider relationships, and helping deliver solutions that meet GM and dealer needs. This role helps drive launch readiness, project execution, quality oversight, issue resolution, and continuous program improvement by partnering with internal stakeholders and external website providers to support ongoing website operations and program performance.
Role Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market (GTM) Support

Support go-to-market website activities and launches, including planning, launch readiness, asset coordination, and quality review.

Partner with brand, agencies, and provider teams to help ensure launch requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Identify launch risks or gaps and escalate as needed to support timely resolution.

Provide after hours support on GTM day, which requires joining a midnight call once per month.
Project Coordination and Execution

Coordinate dealer website projects, enhancements, and recurring operational activities from intake through launch.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements, track progress, and help ensure timely delivery.

Maintain organized project documentation, communicate status updates, and escalate risks or issues as needed.

Maintain a working library of recurring provider-specific issues to anticipate risk and improve execution
Quality Assurance and Delivery Oversight

Review deliverables to help ensure alignment with project requirements, brand standards, and quality expectations.

Collaborate with partners to resolve issues, incorporate feedback, and support successful implementation.

Recommend and support process improvements that strengthen delivery quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management

Build strong working relationships with internal teams, brand partners, and external vendors to support business objectives.

Prepare meeting materials, status updates, and follow-up actions for a range of stakeholder audiences.

Synthesize input, communicate recommendations, and support day-to-day decision-making within established priorities and guidelines.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital operations, project coordination, website management, marketing, or a related field.

Understanding of the automotive digital vendor ecosystem and OEM–dealer website models (websites, SEO, SEM, social, lead management/CRM, consumer marketing, etc.), with experience partnering directly with platform providers

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with external partners.
