Description
The Role
The Assistant Manager, Fleet Strategy & Transformation, will help accelerate the growth of the OnStar Fleet business by installing operating discipline and leading strategic planning, operating model design, and cross-functional execution. They will enable faster leadership decisions through consistent, executive-ready reporting on performance, risks, gaps, and required actions, and will serve as the dedicated owner of the fleet operating model to remove friction, align teams, and sustain accountability. This role will influence outcomes through leadership, sound business judgment, and cross-functional partnership rather than direct people management, acting as a go-to resource for colleagues and leaders on fleet operating discipline.
