• Coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, construction execution, commissioning, and handover.

• Integrate facility requirements with manufacturing equipment, process needs, buildings, utilities, and site infrastructure.

• Monitor project and operational performance using appropriate metrics, dashboards, and standard work.

• Lead continuous improvement using GM Operating System principles, problem solving, standardization, and customer feedback.

• Champion energy efficiency, demand management, sustainability, and resource-conservation opportunities.

• Support emergency preparedness, evacuation and take-shelter programs, incident response, and business continuity.

• Participate in plant leadership, manufacturing engineering, facilities, maintenance, safety, environmental, labor-relations, and supplier forums.

• Build effective relationships with production, maintenance, engineering, environmental, safety, finance, purchasing, contractors, and campus partners.

• Coach, develop, and coordinate facilities team members while promoting accountability, inclusion, and a strong safety culture.

• Demonstrated analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to build effective relationships with customers, team members, suppliers, and cross-functional partners.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and remain accountable for results.
