You will partner closely with manufacturing stakeholders to understand operational challenges, develop practical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products that create measurable business value. This is a highly hands-on leadership role, with approximately 75% technical contribution and 25% people leadership responsibilities .

HOW

By developing people, prioritizing high-value work, removing barriers, and fostering collaboration across software, manufacturing, architecture, and program teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready digital solutions.

Work Arrangement - Onsite
