The Role
Chevrolet has always been more than a car company—it is the brand of the people who show up: the DIYers, helpful neighbors, business builders, parents, and community members who move America forward. As a Chevrolet CRM Specialist on the Customer Engagement team, you will help make every customer interaction feel as meaningful as the people behind the brand.
As part of the Chevrolet Lifecycle CRM team, you will support the strategy, innovation, execution, and performance of 1:1 customer communications across the lifecycle. You will help bring customer-centric programs to life across email, direct mail, SMS, in-app, in-vehicle, and other channels, with a focus on acquisition and owner engagement.
This is an execution-heavy, cross-functional, data-informed role for a detail-oriented marketer who can manage multiple programs at once, connect channel execution to brand and enterprise outcomes, and use testing, learning, and optimization to improve customer engagement.
