  • Lead sales strategy and business planning for the Middle East, aligning with MEO long-term plans and volume aspirations for both ICE and EV entries in the short and long term.
  • Develop, propose, and execute growth and transformation plans, setting clear departmental priorities and objectives to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Own new vehicle sales performance, including deliveries, production forecasting with Sales Operations, fleet operations management, and risk mitigation to meet sales, share, and EBIT targets.
  • Manage sales allowance and tactical budgets, leading short-term and long-term approval strategies to support market and dealer performance.

  • Direct accessory strategy, including development, objectives, targets, and performance to support overall revenue and customer value.
  • Build and maintain strong dealer relationships, acting as the subject-matter expert on dealer priorities, improving dealer processes and profitability, and ensuring concerns are addressed through formal and informal forums.
  • Provide people leadership for a sizeable sales organization, driving a high-performance culture, talent development, engagement, retention, and a workplace of choice.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in automotive sales, service, or marketing, including direct experience with dealers, government agencies, and media.

  • Broad and deep knowledge of the automotive business, including dealer operations, business management, and dealer financial operating reports.
  • Demonstrated strategy development capability and strong business planning skills, including risk management and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong people leadership and management skills with a track record of motivating, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Well-developed negotiation, change management, and strategic thinking skills with a strong focus on results.
  • Ability to create innovative solutions, with a proactive approach to problem identification and resolution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments (dealers, customers, government, media).
  • Ability to exercise expert judgment in sensitive areas such as customer complaints, legal and governmental issues, FCPA-related matters, integrity issues, and business continuity/emergency scenarios.

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree.
  • Middle East market experience and multi-regional experience within GM.
  • In-depth product and brand knowledge of GM and familiarity with GM systems and processes.
