  • Integrate global and regional safety requirements into interior architectures, developing solutions that exceed standards.
  • Actively communicate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges within Expert Team meetings for your area of responsibility.
  • Ensure that interior subsystems align with safety, occupant accommodations, storage, and accessibility.
  • Participate in CITs and SDIT Workgroups to balance innovation, design for assembly, manufacturability and interior best practices.
  • Benchmark competitive interiors to ensure packaging and component performance meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Create and maintain NX models for surface guidance and space claims, continuously developing your NX skills.
  • Incorporate Voice of the Customer insights into interior packaging and design solutions to maximize space utilization and enhance customer experience.
  • Support Math Virtual Assessments and Synch Point reviews to validate design integrity and integration.
