- Drive platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across GitHub, Artifactory, Azure, cloud agents, developer environments, and supporting applications.
- Partner with product, IT infrastructure, site reliability, and security stakeholders to deliver new capabilities, resolve systemic issues, and modernize the embedded software development experience.
- Monitor platform and build health using dashboards and quality metrics, and lead actions that improve developer productivity, build efficiency, and software quality.
- Support roadmap planning, resource allocation, cross-team alignment, supplier enablement, and user support processes for critical engineering workflows.
- Build team capability through coaching, hiring, performance management, and clear technical direction.
- Balance near-term operational support with long-term platform modernization and standardization.
- Foster a culture of ownership, reliability, continuous improvement, and customer-focused platform delivery.
