Remote: This position does not require employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee’s role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis. This position requires an employee to cover territory visits to dealerships in a reoccurring frequency.
The territory covers central/southern VT, western NH and upstate NY. Must live in territory or relocate to within a 50-mile radius of Rutland, VT. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.
The Role
The District Manager Parts & Service serves as a sales professional and business liaison which serves a territorial responsibility for the administration of the Sales and Service Agreements that exist between GM and its dealers. They often act as consultants to the dealers and work reciprocally with them on the development and implementation of their business plans. They may be involved in a variety of initiatives including: execution of marketing initiatives, customer retention, financial analysis, and training.
What You'll Do:

Extreme ownership of District Revenue, Retention & Customer Experience
-
Serve as a trusted advisor to dealership leadership
-
Responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and effective execution of all Customer Care & Aftersales (CCA) programs, initiatives and related activities

Expected to thoroughly prepare for and conduct the standardized dealer contact process with an emphasis on dealer priorities/needs and GM performance goals

Responsible for analyzing dealer’s marketing and merchandising plans and provide effective recommendations to drive service lane traffic

Responsible for creating and executing annual Business Plans and implementing effective countermeasures to mitigate headwinds

Responsible for successfully addressing and resolving aftersales customer needs, including but not limited to: resolution of Service Parts Assistance Center (SPAC)/Customer Assistance Center (CAC)/Technical Assistance Center (TAC) cases, Goodwill/Warranty/Policy requests

KPIs: Sales Reporting Tool (SRT) sales objective, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Retention, Service Training Standards (STS) Training, EV Training & Compliance
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
-
2+ years of experience leading, guiding and improving dealership Fixed Operations
-
Proficient automotive industry knowledge and business acumen including service operations, warranty administration and customer experience

Proficient knowledge of Dealership Service & Parts Operations:

Compensation:
-
The expected base compensation for this role is ($80,700 - $109,400) USD Annually. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
