Job Description:
The Site Support Analyst provides onsite technical support for daily warehouse operations, automation systems, and IT infrastructure across GM CCA facilities. This role is responsible for maintaining the stability and availability of PCs, handhelds, printers, kiosks, network-connected devices, and application environments. The analyst ensures quick issue resolution, supports major transformation initiatives, and partners closely with site leadership, operators, engineering, and central IT teams to deliver reliable and safe operations.
This position is critical in supporting CCA’s mission to maximize uptime, improve throughput, and advance technology modernization across all sites.
Onsite - This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Hudson CCA Warehouse on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Provide front-line IT support for all onsite technology including PCs, handheld scanners, printers, thin clients, kiosks, VoIP phones, WMS terminals, and warehouse IoT devices.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Execute daily operational checks to ensure devices, networks, and automation systems are functioning correctly.
- Support user account requests, onboarding/offboarding, access changes, and workstation deployments.
- Perform device imaging, patching, firmware updates, and lifecycle management.
Project & Deployment Support
- Support enterprise initiatives including WMS rollouts, Zero Trust, Win11 upgrades, and network modernization.
- Device lifecycle support for Desktops, Laptops, Handheld Scanners, and Mobile Printers.
- Participate in go-live activities, cutovers, weekend maintenance windows, and after-hours support as needed.
- Conduct onsite validation testing and provide feedback to project teams.
- Execute device and infrastructure readiness tasks for new facility expansions.
Site Documentation & Standards
- Maintain site inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with GM security policies.
- Keep process documentation, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides up to date.
- Contribute to standardization of configurations, device setup, and IT workflows across all CCA sites.
Collaboration & Customer Service
- Partner with site leadership, supervisors, and operators to understand issues impacting throughput or quality.
- Escalate high-impact issues to central teams (Client, Network, Cybersecurity, Warehouse Management, etc.).
- Demonstrate strong communication and customer-service skills aligned with GM core behaviors (One Team, It’s On Me, Innovate & Embrace Change).
Additional Job Description Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Successfully obtained a College Diploma or University Degree in a related field and / or equivalent experience.
- Possess 3-5 years of IT experience supporting end-user devices in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with basic network concepts.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts, Weekends and Holidays when required.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, and peripherals

- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN, wireless and TCP/IP protocols.
- Familiarity with IT security tools and practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to support Android, Apple and Windows devices in enterprise environments
- The ability to work effectively with and as part of a team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and shared success.
