  • Lead execution reviews and ensure decisions have clear owners, due dates, escalation paths, and follow-through.

  • Translate strategy into operating plans, milestones, measurable outcomes, and benefits realization.

  • Identify barriers, manage dependencies, and drive commitments to closure.

Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, and Fulfillment

  • Integrate demand planning, S&OP, supply, inventory, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, and financial planning into one executable plan.

  • Lead demand and supply reviews, scenario planning, and alignment of S&OP decisions with replenishment, labor, transportation, capacity, and customer commitments.

  • Monitor forecast-to-execution performance, identify constraints, and drive corrective actions.

  • Evaluate network flows, inventory positioning, service levels, capacity, labor, lanes, and locations to improve responsiveness, cost, and productivity.

  • Support protection-of-supply, business continuity, recovery, and risk-mitigation plans.

Executive Support, Analytics, and Communications

  • Analyze operating metrics and complex business information to provide clear recommendations.

  • Maintain visibility to budgets, headcount, risks, performance, and leadership priorities.

  • Develop scorecards, dashboards, business cases, risk registers, and decision materials.

  • Handle confidential information and executive communication with sound judgment, professionalism, poise and discretion.

Collaboration, Improvement, and Safety

  • Lead special projects and process improvements that simplify work and strengthen standard ways of working.

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, Demand Planning, S&OP, Finance, Purchasing, Customer Care, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Safety, and regional teams.

  • Partner with GM business planners to share best practices and improve planning processes.

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, strategy, supply chain, business planning or complex operations planning.

  • Experience managing a team, leading a workstream, or coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders.

  • Broad knowledge of supply chain, logistics, warehousing, demand planning, S&OP, inventory, transportation, capacity, and fulfillment.

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.

  • Experience establishing governance, performance reviews, action tracking, and escalation mechanisms.

  • Strong executive communication, analytical, recommendation, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.

  • Ability to influence without authority, manage ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and remain accountable for results.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive, aftermarket, service parts, manufacturing, distribution, or complex global network operations.

  • Global or regional experience, including North America and international markets.

  • Governance-minded leader who brings structure, facts, cadence, and decisions to complex work.

  • Influential communicator and trusted partner across functions, regions, and leadership levels.

  • High-integrity, adaptable, inclusive, and continuous-improvement oriented.

Measures of Success
