About the role:
- Own End to End transformation projects within the OTDS Billing landscape
- Support various phases of transformation project work; including prework, development, deployment and post-deployment activities
- Utilize process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills to innovate, deliver solutions, and contribute to global transformation projects that impact the results of the company
- Prepare and present to leadership current state and future state analyses, testing and training plans and materials, cutover and deployment strategies
- Develop user stories to document business requirements, prepare user acceptance test plans, and support technology deployments
- Gain a deep understanding of the business by facilitating workshops to capture business and IT partner objectives, pain-points, and opportunities, and translate them into world class processes and technology enablers
- Maintain outstanding relationships with business partners and anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive)
- Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes
- Lead by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and dedication to building a positive Workplace of Choice culture
- Assist team with understanding the bigger picture and how projects relate to operational strategy / Enterprise goals
- Assist team in prioritization of workload, paint a picture to influence decision-making, facilitate collaboration across staffs, think through key analysis assumptions
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in business and process transformation, consulting, and project management
- 2+ years of relevant work experience leading transformational solutions
- Knowledge of SAP R3/S4/HANA structure and functionality
- Ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results
- Ability to mentor and develop others
- Affinity for innovation and/or technology and with analytical tools and techniques
- Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Location: Hybrid. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Global Tech Center, HQ Warren Mi three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business]
