Field Work Arrangement: This is a field-based position that requires up to 75% travel to dealerships within the assigned territory on a recurring basis. The selected candidate must currently reside within the NY Metro - Tri-State territory or be willing to relocate to New York or a surrounding area approved by leadership within 60 days of the start date.
The Role:
As a Senior Zone Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind sales excellence across your zone. You’ll lead a high-performing field team, build trusted dealer relationships, and execute strategies that fuel growth, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty. This role leads a high-performing field team, develops strategic plans to expand dealer market share and profitability, and builds strong dealer relationships. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with significant autonomy. The Zone Manager also oversees support functions including product and technology training, accessories, financial services, business development, and dealer digital marketing strategy.
What You’ll Do

Lead zone-wide achievement of sales targets

Strengthen dealer performance through coaching, mentoring, and strategic planning

Champion digital transformation and Tier 3 marketing excellence

Align dealer and agency efforts with Local Market Association (LMA) goals

Spearhead customer experience initiatives that put the customer at the center

Optimize inventory turn rates and accessory integration

Drive business development culture and dealer engagement

Oversee facility image programs and ensure brand consistency

Instill a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit across the dealer network

Administer dealer agreements and ensure compliance with performance standards
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

9+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

5+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing a team preferred.
-
Strong automotive industry knowledge and business acumen, which may include sales, aftersales, service operations and customer experience management.

Ability to travel up to 75%.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.

Compensation:
-
The expected base compensation for this role is: $240,100 -320,400. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
