  • Support GM Legal Staff, outside legal counsel, trial counsel, and external insurer with technical assessments, documentation, and, in some cases, expert and corporate representative testimony for product liability matters.

  • Prepare clear written reports and presentations and present investigation findings and recommendations.

  • Strong analytical skills; able to handle complex, high‑visibility analyses subject to internal and external expert review.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, defensible technical documents for legal and regulatory audiences.

  • High level of interpersonal skills; effective cross‑functional and cross‑cultural collaboration (Canada, U.S., global).

  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
