Descripción

General Motors is seeking an experienced Cadillac Influencer Marketing Lead to lead creator and influencer strategy for Cadillac with a high degree of strategic ownership, cross-functional influence, and executional leadership. This role is responsible for shaping Cadillac’s creator roadmap across key brand moments, always-on programming, and priority launches to strengthen prestige, cultural relevance, performance perception, and business impact.

This role will serve as the primary influencer marketing lead for Cadillac, partnering across brand marketing, social, communications, experiential, motorsports, media, and agency teams to ensure creator work is strategically grounded, culturally resonant, operationally sound, and aligned to broader business priorities. They will guide both near-term activations and longer-range partnership planning, helping Cadillac build a more distinctive and enduring presence through creators.

The ideal candidate combines strong strategic judgment with operational rigor and deep fluency in the creator ecosystem. They should bring experience leading complex creator programs, influencing senior stakeholders, managing agency partners, and translating brand priorities into integrated campaigns and partnerships that deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Cadillac’s influencer and creator strategy across paid, earned, owned, and experiential programs.

  • Shape a differentiated creator ecosystem that advances Cadillac’s luxury, innovation, design, and performance narratives in culturally relevant ways.

  • Develop creator programs that support Cadillac’s key business and brand priorities, including prestige, cultural relevance, younger buyer connection, luxury perception, and performance credibility.

  • Serve as the strategic lead across Cadillac influencer work, ensuring creator programs are integrated into broader brand, social, communications, and experiential planning.

  • Guide the development of longer-term creator partnership models that move beyond one-off activations toward more sustained brand-building relationships.

  • Lead creator strategy for major tentpoles including vehicle launches, prestige activations, motorsports storytelling, and Cadillac Formula 1-related moments.

  • Influence creative, content, and amplification strategies so creator work is designed for maximum impact across channels and audiences.

  • Oversee agency partners and external collaborators, ensuring strong strategic recommendations, operational excellence, and high-quality program delivery.

  • Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, creating clarity around objectives, deliverables, approvals, timelines, and measurement.

  • Help establish standards and ways of working for Cadillac creator marketing across teams and partners.

  • Define KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and learning agendas to improve performance and demonstrate business value.

  • Contribute to planning and prioritization decisions by identifying where creator marketing can most effectively support broader Cadillac brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

  • Translate Cadillac brand priorities into a clear creator and influencer roadmap spanning always-on storytelling, launches, cultural moments, and motorsports.

  • Identify white-space opportunities, creator territories, and partnership models that help Cadillac stand apart in the luxury and performance space.

  • Recommend the right mix of creator tiers, formats, platforms, and partnership structures to achieve brand and business objectives.

  • Advise key stakeholders on how creator strategy can evolve to support future growth, relevance, and differentiation.

Program Leadership

  • Oversee a portfolio of creator initiatives across campaigns, launches, events, and brand-building platforms.

  • Ensure creator work ladders into broader Cadillac narratives rather than operating as isolated activations.

  • Guide creator selection and partnership development with a strong lens on brand fit, audience value, influence quality, and long-term equity.

  • Maintain leadership oversight across briefing, contracting, approvals, content planning, launch readiness, optimization, and recap.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a key connector across Cadillac marketing, social, communications, media, legal, experiential, fleet, purchasing, and agency teams.

  • Build effective ways of working across teams with shared ownership, helping creator programs move with speed, rigor, and cohesion.

  • Represent influencer strategy in planning conversations and help strengthen its role within Cadillac’s broader marketing ecosystem.

  • Support cross-market and broader brand alignment where creator work intersects with Cadillac prestige and Formula 1 storytelling ambitions.

Agency, Governance, and Measurement

  • Lead agency direction and day-to-day strategic management for Cadillac influencer work.

  • Reinforce governance models that protect brand standards while enabling strong creative output and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure creator programs meet legal, disclosure, safety, and brand compliance expectations.

  • Define success metrics, reporting processes, and program reviews that improve decision-making and future performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience (7+ years) in influencer marketing, creator strategy, brand marketing, social marketing, or integrated communications.

  • Proven success leading complex creator programs for premium, luxury, lifestyle, automotive, entertainment, or culturally relevant brands.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and translate it into integrated programs with measurable impact.

  • Strong experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and aligning teams around a shared strategic direction.

  • Experience managing agency partners, external talent ecosystems, and multifaceted campaign workflows.

  • Strong understanding of paid, earned, and owned creator strategies and how they support broader brand and business outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic storytelling skills.

  • Strong business judgment, creative instincts, and ability to balance innovation with operational rigor.

  • Familiarity with legal review, disclosures, talent agreements, and compliance requirements related to influencer and creator marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury, automotive, or performance-led brand environments.

  • Experience developing long-term ambassador, cohort, or platform-based creator strategies.

  • Experience supporting creator programs tied to experiential, or globally visible cultural moments.

  • Strong fluency in creator measurement, reporting frameworks, and performance evaluation.

  • Experience contributing to annual planning, prioritization, or longer-range brand strategy.
