The successful candidate will solve complex manufacturing challenges, drive cross-functional issue resolution, maintain the Plan for Every Site (PFES), and provide strategic direction that delivers the safest, highest quality, and most cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

The position requires strong technical leadership, manufacturing expertise, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders while supporting key milestones from pre-DSI through Contract Sign Off (CSO).
