The CRP Training and Communications Lead will support the Customer Retention Program through development and delivery of training, communications, and marketing materials for dealer, field, and internal audiences. This role will help drive program understanding, adoption, and execution by coordinating educational content, webinar support, training channels, and feedback loops across stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a strong execution-oriented professional with exceptional presentation skills who can manage detail, coordinate across teams, and support multiple deliverables with a high standard of quality and responsiveness.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Training and education support

Lead the training and education plan for dealers, field teams, and internal brand and CCA partners in support of CRP priorities.

Build, coordinate, and support delivery of training materials and enablement content that improve program understanding and execution.

Manage field and dealer webinars and support training deployment through channels such as Global Connect and Center of Learning.

Review and approve vendor-dealer training materials for consistency and readiness.
Communications and materials development

Support development and rollout of CRP Choice communications and marketing materials across internal, field, and dealer audiences.

Help create launch materials, training communications, and ongoing updates that support adoption and reinforce program changes.

Ensure communications are clear, actionable, audience-appropriate, and aligned to established program and brand guidance.
Dealer feedback, escalations, and stakeholder support

Gather dealer survey input and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities for training, communications, and program support.

Serve as a dealer and field escalation point for program related questions and issues.

Partner with CRP leaders and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and continuously improve enablement content based on performance and feedback.
Qualifications:
Skills and Abilities

2+ years of experience in marketing/customer experience.

Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.

years in developing training, communications, or enablement materials for internal or external audiences.

Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines across multiple deliverables.

Ability to collaborate effectively across field, dealer-facing, and internal stakeholder groups.

Strong judgment and responsiveness in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Experience

Experience in marketing, communications, training, CRM, dealer support, or a related field.

Experience working with field, dealer-facing, or cross-functional business teams is preferred.

Experience in automotive, retail, or dealer-facing environments is preferred.
Education

Bachelor’s degree required.

They will bring consistency, responsiveness, and attention to detail while helping field, dealer, and internal audiences adopt and execute the program effectively.
