  • Design and implement reporting solutions that provide actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making.

  • Create executive presentations, product demonstrations, and analytics tools for leadership reviews.

  • Analyze project performance, budgets, forecasts, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Build and optimize ETL processes to support scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

  • Utilize Python, SQL Server, Databricks, and cloud-based technologies to transform and analyze large datasets.

  • Develop and support business solutions using Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate.

  • Support business case development, financial reviews, and program assessments for manufacturing automation initiatives.

  • Provide visibility and reporting for automation technologies including Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), Autonomous Fork Trucks (AFTs), collaborative robots (cobots), industrial robotics, and other advanced manufacturing automation systems.

  • Support manufacturing operations across General Assembly facilities in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, with future expansion into GPS and Body Manufacturing Engineering.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, manufacturing engineering, automation, process improvement, or a related field.

  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization.

  • Experience with DAX coding and complex data modeling.

  • Strong SQL Server and database management experience.

  • Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting solutions.

  • Experience building and managing ETL processes and data pipelines.

  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and large-scale data environments.

  • Experience developing solutions using Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate.

  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience supporting automation, robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced manufacturing environments.
