- Develop, integrate, and maintain electrical components such as harnesses, cables, networked modules, sensors, actuators, and related hardware/software interfaces.
- Support evaluation of engineering tradeoffs involving performance, reliability, cost, mass, timing, manufacturability, and serviceability; clearly communicate recommendations and risks.
- Participate in and support design/peer reviews, technical decisions, interface control activities, and engineering documentation, including change work orders, sourcing documentation, bills of material, design data, and release packages.
- Support supplier technical execution, including requirements, design reviews, validation, timing, issue resolution, and corrective actions.
- Provide hands-on support for prototype, pre-production, and production builds, including electrical integration, troubleshooting, containment, and root-cause analysis.
- Support launch readiness by tracking deliverables, open issues, build support, and change implementation to closure.
- Communicate technical status, issues, and risks to engineering and program teams; escalate decisions and recovery needs through the appropriate technical leadership.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

- Experience interpreting requirements, schematics, wiring diagrams, interface definitions, bills of material, test results, and supplier technical documentation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills, with sound judgment on assigned work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with general direction, and escalate risks appropriately.
- Ability to support timely resolution of design and manufacturing issues as part of a cross-functional team.
