The Role
GM continues to enhance its Digital Retail Platform (DRP), which provides an omnichannel learning, shopping, and buying experience for all GM brands. The platform enables customers to buy or lease their next vehicle 100% online, 100% in-store, or anywhere in between.
Reporting to the Associate Director – Digital Retail Platform, this role leads the strategies, operating rhythms, analytics, documentation, and cross-functional execution needed to support dealer implementation and increase dealer adoption and sustained utilization of the DRP experience. The role connects dealer needs, engagement, product direction, data integrity, implementation readiness, and scalable execution across the dealer network.
The overall objective is to provide product-related support for dealership platform implementation readiness and excellence and develop dealer post go-live support strategies to increase platform education and utilization to ultimately drive the desired business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Define the DRP value proposition for dealers and field partners, translating product capabilities into business outcomes, dealer benefits, and engagement messages.
- Develop and maintain utilization materials, including value stories, presentations, job aids, talking points, and other enablement assets.
- Define the DRP Utilization methodology, including business rules, data inputs, calculations, reporting cadence, governance, performance bands, thresholds, and escalation triggers.
- Partner with Tech provider, Analytics, and Implementation teams to develop utilization tools, dashboards, workflows, and actionable reporting.
- Lead and direct team of 16 DRP Performance Pro’s (DRP3) use of engagement dashboards; translate dealer feedback, field observations, utilization trends, and performance data into priorities, actions, product enhancements, and implementation decisions.
- Own the DRP3 monthly game plan with Entrega, coordinate and execute dealer outreach, lead monthly and quarterly report-outs, and align dealer engagement with business strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Set DRP3 engagement direction and maintain feedback loops among DRP3s, dealers, Implementation, Product, Analytics, and tech provider.
- Own the OEM Portal D360 enhancement agenda, including prioritization, roadmap communication, dependency management, decision-making, and alignment with dealer utilization goals.
- Partner with Implementation to address dealer readiness, product workflows, training, documentation, data, and change management needs.
- Maintain product and data integrity across D360-related capabilities, including requirements, configurations, reporting logic, and dealer-facing experiences.
- Own the DRP Training Guide, Runbook, SOPs, and Product Manual, ensuring effective governance, version control, stakeholder alignment, publication readiness, and ongoing training support.
- Structure and operationalize process documentation, ownership, handoffs, review points, success measures, action logs, decision records, risks, dependencies, and required sign-offs before launch or scaled deployment.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Marketing, Tech/Digital or a related area preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: product management or operations, digital platform ownership, analytics or utilization strategy, dealer or field operations, automotive retail, implementation management, process design, operational excellence, training development, technical writing, product documentation, or change management.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic and analytical thinker who can translate utilization data, dealer feedback, and operational signals into clear priorities and actions.
- Strong structure, discipline, follow-through, problem-framing, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on practical, scalable solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive readouts, dealer-facing materials, process documentation, and product guidance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguity, respond quickly to changing business needs, and maintain strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- Comfortable leading operating rhythms, facilitating meetings, driving sign-offs, and holding partners accountable.
- Familiarity with dealer operations, digital retailing, dealer engagement, product adoption, implementation practices, dashboards, performance reporting, data-driven decision-making, agile product development, process mapping, IT integrations, data governance, change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and content development.

- Dealer channel or field experience.
- Digital retailing, eCommerce, or Dealer Systems experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional technology and business partners.
