  • Lead Canadian distribution and order management activities, ensuring accurate and timely execution of consensus and fulfillment processes and critical submissions to U.S. partners.

  • Partner with brands and internal GM teams to develop strategies and provide guidance on tactics and processes that drive optimal allocation and ordering outcomes and the impact to their business units.

  • Manage Canadian logistics and in-transit issues, including held and damaged units, port and rail constraints, and regional shipping challenges, through the team and U.S. counterparts.

  • Support the GM Canada Fleet department with Allocation and Ordering.

  • Lead field staff and dealer training and ensure access to materials that support key distribution and allocation processes, including through the Dealer Communication subcommittee.

  • Lead and develop a team of supervisors and regional distribution assistants by setting priorities, coaching performance, and strengthening engagement, capability, accountability, and execution discipline.

  • Improve reporting and business visibility by advancing Power BI adoption, modernizing legacy reporting, and translating Canadian distribution data into actionable recommendations.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational issues, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate operational data into recommendations and action plans.

  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decisions.
