Work Arrangement
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
The FP&A Supervisor will manage a team that serves as a strategic business finance partner delivering timely and relevant financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting that drive informed business decisions. Provide analysis, insights and data-driven recommendations that support business goals while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Drive a culture of a high-performance organization continuously transforming and improving processes. Confidently communicates and concisely presents financial results the influences informed business decisions.
What You'll Do

Works independently, solving a range of problem within their area of responsibility and timely escalate.

Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss, forecast vs. budget, and cash flow

Assess and evaluate financial performance of supported business partner with regards to short-term, long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts

Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance and financial procedures

Work on Transformation Projects leveraging digital tools to drive simplification and deliver productivity or efficiencies in the processes.

Maintain professional and collaborative working relationships with business partners and colleagues

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or equivalent

Extensive leadership experience

Solid experience in Finance & Data Modelling, Balance Sheet, Income Statements and Cash Flow Statements

Budget Management Experience >4years
